Kindred Properties was born of a business relationship turned friendship between the owners of Bradley Cole Incorporated and Kindred Financial. Derek Seaman, of Bradley Cole Incorporated, is a third generation high end home builder, while Brydon Cruise, of Kindred Financial, has spent 30 years compiling an extensive resume in the world of finance.

Southampton is home to a growing economy and the need for housing has come to the forefront. Derek and Brydon have joined forces to provide attractive, well built homes to assist the community in addressing that need.
